My first love was reading, and all kids know that books are of no use without pictures to spice things up. There was nothing I loved so much as curling up with a heavily illustrated book and reading as quick as I could to get to the next cool drawing, which of course I may have cheatingly snuck a peek at. I took several Illustration courses while studying at Emily Carr, and have done various commissions over the years.
